Audit Trail is Empty/Blank

When an audit trail is empty or blank, a possible cause could be a corrupted database.

In instances where the audit trail appears empty or blank, one potential explanation may be a corruption within the database.

Problem: Audit trail is empty or blank

Possible Cause: Possible database corrupted file(s)

Action: Locate the database files listed below, compress and email the files to Rudolph service@rudolphresearch.com. Please Note: If the file size is large, the file may need to be shared via Dropbox or some other method.
