Change the password on a J257, J357, and J357 computer based refractometer

Step-by-step instructions for changing the password on a computer based refractometer.

1. Select Menu
2. Enter the passcode 123 (you mentioned the password was changed so enter the password you used initially if 123 does not work. 123 is factory set)
3. Select Operational Parameters
4. Select Interface Parameters
5. Select Change Password
6. Enter the new desired password
7. Select Save & Exit
