Backup & Restore

Select Menu, if prompted for a passcode, enter 123
Select Calibration
Select Backup/Restore Calibration
Select Restore Calibration Records
From the list or calibration records, select the one that says Factory with the most recent date
Select Restore
Allow the restore to complete

Air & Water Calibration

Clean and dry the tube
Select Menu if prompted for a passcode, enter 123
Select Calibration
Select Calibration Adjustment
Select Air, Water
Select Perform
Select Yes, then OK
Follow the steps displayed on the screen for the Air calibration
A window will display the results, select Accept
Follow the steps displayed on the screen for the Water calibration
A window will display the results, select Accept
The final calibration window will appear, take a picture of this screen for review if you still have incorrect readings during the next step
Perform a water measure test and record the results
Clean and dry the tube and run your samples, confirm if the measurement is withing specifications

Steps to perform a density meter backup, restore, and air water calibration. This resolves most issues when the measured value is low.
