Density Meter Reboots While in Use

What to Look for When This Issue Occurs with Automation

 There is a known issue with the new AutoFlex power supply. We have confirmed that when the instrument is ramping temperature, the power supply may begin flickering, causing the DDM to enter a reboot cycle until the temperature stabilizes. 

Please advise the customer or distributor to connect the density meter to a dedicated power supply separate from the AutoFlex system. 

If replacement parts are needed, please use the following:

  • P7816 – Power Cord (USA Version) – Qty 1
  • P29647 – External Power Supply, 24V – Qty 1

Important: This power supply is only compatible with S4 DDM instruments.
