      Error message Fixing (C:) Stage

      Steps to resolve Fixing (C:) Stage error message

      For the process to complete and not restart after the count reaches 14, disk protection must be turned off. To turn off disk protection, follow the steps below.

      1. Prior to the error occurring, the instrument will display a message "Press any key to continue". Press any key.
      2. The instrument will boot to the home screen
        1. Turn off disk protection by: selecting MENU/ OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS -> INSTRUMENT CONFIGURATION -> CONTROL PANEL -> TURN DISK PROTECTION OFF. This will restart the instrument.
      3. Once the system restarts allow the instrument to complete the repair.

      4. After the repair is complete reenable disk protection:

        1. select MENU/ OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS -> INSTRUMENT CONFIGURATION -> CONTROL PANEL -> TURN DISK PROTECTION ON
