Error Message: Zero Cancelled, Max Scans Reached

This error is present when the sample being measured is too dark or the rotation is too high. The instrument's number of attempts trying to reach the high rotation has maxed out.

When measuring a sample at a high rotation, the instrument max number of scan attempts can be reached when trying to return to zero. Please try to zero the instrument a few times to see if it is successful.

Factory trained technicians and distributors can run the diagnostic tests below and provide a copy of the results.
