How do I determine the software and firmware version of my J457 refractometer?

Select Menu
Enter the passcode 123, then login (if prompted)
Select Operational Parameters
Select System Information
Select System Status, a screen will open listing the software version. Once you have the software version, click on the icon of the white house on the upper right corner of the window to get back to the main screen
Provide the software version at which point I can provide the correct factory restore steps for the instrument,
