All measured results results read water.
When measuring different samples, the resulting measured values all read a water value.
This issue most often indicates that a zero was performed with water on the prism for both air and water calibrations, or that the prism was not properly cleaned between steps. As an initial troubleshooting measure, please follow the steps below, conduct another test, and provide the resulting feedback.

Select Menu

If prompted, enter the passcode 123

Select Calibration Adjustment

Select Factory Restore

Select Restore 2 point calibration

Select Zero; the M should equal 1 and the B should equal 0

Select Save

Select OK

Click on the white Home icon on the upper right corner of the window to get back to the main screen

Select Zero and follow the steps to perform a Water zero (not air)

Perform another test to confirm the values are reading properly

Provide a status
