# How to Calibrate the touch screen on a J57

## This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to calibrate the touch screen on a J57.

To ensure optimal calibration of the touch screen, it is advised to utilize a stylus, pencil, or pen during steps. It is important to exercise caution and avoid applying excessive pressure on the display to prevent any potential damage to the display during the configuration process.

1. Select Menu
2. Enter the passcode 123 then press enter
3. Select Setup
4. Select Service Calibration
5. Enter the passcode 519 and press enter
6. Select Touch Panel Calibration
7. Using the stylus, pencil, or pen, follow the on screen instruction by touching each point as they are displayed.
8. Once the calibration is completed, the instrument will automatically return to the main screen.
9. Test the touch screen to ensure the calibration was successful.
