Common Software and DatabaseFAQ questions
Databases:
Q: Is the storage/export functionality compatible with SQL Server 2016 and Azure Cloud? Our database isn't SQL Server or Azure.
A:It's a proprietary database based on Access.
Data Integrity:
Q: Does the system require users to rotate their passwords periodically and lock the account after several failed login attempts?
A: Yes, it can be configured for password rotation and to lock after failed login attempts.
Audit Trail:
Q: For any modification, does the record capture exactly the "previous value" and the "new value"?
A: Yes, each change in the audit trail captures both the previous and the new value.
Computer:
Q: Does the customer need to source a computer for all these capabilities, or will the software be installed into the unit?
A: Either works fine.
