The “Concentration Calculator” is not really helpful for adding new reference materials. It was used in the past to determine an approximate concentration of narcotic that still remained in a sample that had a diversion event. The software in your instrument should now do this for you—if there is a failed sample, you can push the “Calculate Possible Dilutions” button in the software to generally determine how much the sample has been diluted. This is detailed in the video.
