Video camera is not visible

Step 1 – Getting Ready

Connect a keyboard and mouse to the density meter.

Step 2 – Turn Disk Protection Off

1. a) Select Menu – if prompted, enter the passcode 123
2. b) Select Operational Parameters
3. c) Select Instrument Configuration
4. d) Select Control Panel
5. e) Select Turn Disk Protection Off
6. f) Select Yes (the instrument will reboot)

Step 3

1. a) Select Menu – if prompted, enter the passcode 123
2. b) Select Operational Parameters
3. c) Select Instrument Configuration
4. d) Select Control Panel
5. e) Select Windows Explorer
6. f) Select Local Disk (C:)
7. g) Select and open the Camera Settings folder
8. h) Open the Videology folder
9. i) double click on the dpinst file
10. j) follow the steps on the window
11. k) close the open windows by clicking on the red X located on the upper right corner
12. l) go back to the main user interface window
13. m) restart the instrument

Step 4 – Turn Disk Protection On

1. a) Select Menu – if prompted, enter the passcode 123
2. b) Select Operational Parameters
3. c) Select Instrument Configuration
4. d) Select Control Panel
5. e) Select Turn Disk Protection Off
6. f) Select Yes (the instrument will reboot)
