# What is covered on an AutoPol S4 instrument warranty?

## Domestic and International warranty coverage on an AutoPol S4.

**Domestic Warranty**  
Rudolph Research Analytical’s Domestic Warranty for the AutoPol S4 guarantees that the instrument will be free from errors due to workmanship for a period of three years from the date of invoice. If the instrument fails during that time, Rudolph Research Analytical will repair or replace the unit at its sole option. The repairs cover all parts and labor.

The customer is responsible for cost involved in shipping the AutoPol S4 to Rudolph Research Analytical’s location in Hackettstown, NJ. Rudolph will pay the return freight. Rudolph is not responsible for damage that results from improper packing from the customers site to Rudolph Research Analytical. Rudolph Research Analytical will provide packing materials to the customer if the instruments original packaging was disposed of.

Rudolph Research Analytical’s International Warranty varies by location. Please ask your local agent for a copy of your local warranty agreement. If none exists, please contact Rudolph Research Analytical directly to find out your warranty options.
